Job Description
Opening for Assistant Key Account Manager role in Pune location for a leading remote patient monitoring with AIbased early warning systems and connected bed technology company.
Salary upto 55k per month inhand.
Work location: Pune (Remote role)
Assistant Key Account Manager responsibilities.
- Handling client queries and Providing solutions
Drive additional business through upselling/crossselling solutions - Understand hospital workflows and integrate solutions accordingly
- Conduct seminars workshops and individual training sessions for nurses doctors and patients
- Develop strong customer relationships and brand recall
- Establish processes for enabling remote patient monitoring in hospitals and homes
- Address operations escalations in hospitals with the support of operations executives
- Create opportunities for brand marketing and presence in hospitals
- Ensure timely payments from partner hospitals
- Provide regular updates to management and sales teams on device usage.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in sales/operations
- Excellent communication presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong business acumen and resultsoriented mindset
- Willingness to travel to hospitals extensively including those affected by Covid
- Proven ability in building and managing client relationships
- Prior experience in leading a team
