Job Description

Key responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain optimized production schedules aligned with our efficiency and inventory objectives;
- Anticipate finished product requirements to ensure an agile response to customer demand;
- Work closely with production teams to maximize operational efficiency;
- Analyze performance and propose solutions to respond to unforeseen events or improve processes.
Qualifications :
- University degree in operations management industrial engineering or any other related field;
- 1 to 2 years experience in production planning;
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Key qualities: Autonomy analytical mind rigor and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders;
- Good knowledge of the manufacturing sector (an asset);
- Experience in tracking key performance indicators in line with objectives.
