JobDescription:
The Inventory Manager works closely with the Cultivation Processing and Manufacturing Departments. Asan Inventory Manageryouwill reportdirectly to theChiefOperatingOfficer.Thispositionisresponsibleforensuringproductsare beingmovedstoredandsoldinamannerthatmeetscompliancestandardsand properuseofMETRC.TheInventoryManagerassistswithpackageallocations updating the invoice tracker supporting ordering investigating and adjustingdiscrepancies organizing and efficiently managing the cannabis and noncannabisinventoryforHGF.Italsoinvolvesthereconciliationofcannabisinventoriesand integration between METRC and ERP systems.This position requires workingdirectlywiththe Operations Mangement teamtoachieveorganizationalgoals. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail leadership and communicationskillsandexperienceworkinginahighlyregulatedindustry.
ResponsibilitiesandDuties:
- Createsproductsforwholesalesaleswithinthesystemsandassistswithproducterrors.Reviewalldocumentationpertaining toinventoryand complete all data entry.
- ReconcilecannabisandNoncannabisinventoriesandintegrateMETRCand CANIX systems. This includes overseeing physical and digital locations.
- AssistinoutboundwholesaledeliveriesandenteringalldeliveriesandinvoicesintoMetrcandCANIXappropriately
- Completereportsonerrorsanddeficiencieswithindocumentationandrecordkeeping of products.
- Receivemaintainandorganizenoncannabisinventorytosupportproperandefficientoperationsincultivationprocessingandmanufacturing.
- Performroutineauditsofinventorydocumentsandphysicalinventoryauditlocations.ReporttheauditstotheChiefOperatingOfficerandtakeimmediatecorrectiveactionasdirected.Assistincorrectingproducterrors.
- Provide accurate lists of onhand inventorylicense designation and required items to supply sufficient for sales demand.
- Assistswithpullingexpirationreportstosupportinventorycontrolfollowing the FIFO/LILO method.
- AssiststhemanagementteamwithMETRCandCANIXmaintenance.
- Recognizeareasofopportunitythatimprovethesafetyandaccuracyofinventory.
- Provide accurate lists of onhand inventorystatus designations and required items to be fully compliant for wholesale sale.
- AssiststheSalesTeam withfulfillingsalesordersin atimelyaccurateandefficient manner
- Staycurrentonallexistingandnewcompliancelawsspecifictoinventorypackaginglabelingtestingstorageauditingtransfers/deliveries destructionsecuritymarketingandwholesalesalesofproducts.
- Attendweeklymeetingstoprovidestatusupdatesandreportsanddiscusschanges or needs.
- Perform random and routine finished product weight checks to remain compliant with the NJ Cannabis Regulations.
- Inspectretainedcannabisandcustomerreturnproductsasdeemednecessarytoensuresafeandcompliantproductdestruction.Recordany instancesofdefectiveproductsforqualitycontrolimprovementinthe designated systems/logs.
- Reviewtheinprocessbatchdocumentationcontainingalltheproducttestinginformationtoensurerealtimecomplianceandlabelingaccuracyofproduct specifications.
- DiscusserrorsdirectlywiththeChiefOperatingOfficersoanycorrectionscan be made promptly.
- Provideadviceforprocessimprovementstoeliminateerrorsandreducetherisk of contamination and/or compromising product quality.
- ConductalldutiesincompliancewithsafetyrulesapplicableSOPsand other applicable guidelines.
- Otherdutiesasassigned.
RequirementsandQualifications:
- 1yearofmanagementexperienceorequivalentrole
- 40 hoursaweekarerequired at thelocation.
- Openavailabilitythroughouttheweekasneeded.
