This is a 100% remote opportunity open to developers across Latin America.
Client Overview
Divelements client is undertaking a significant frontend migration project to transition our application to the Blazor framework. They aim to improve performance scalability and maintainability while leveraging modern web development practices. This migration is critical to their products success and they are seeking experienced senior frontend engineers to help accelerate the project.
Client Project Objectives
- Complete Transition to Blazor: Rewrite the existing frontend in the Blazor framework ensuring feature parity with the current system.
- Optimize FrontEnd Performance: Enhance the speed responsiveness and usability of the application.
- Maintain High Code Quality Standards: Deliver clean maintainable and scalable code using best practices.
Key Scope of Work
This project is exclusively focused on frontend development. The existing inhouse team will handle all backend development and integration. You will only work on frontend code and will collaborate with our internal team to ensure seamless connectivity between the frontend and backend systems. This limited scope simplifies the work allowing you to focus solely on frontend tasks.
What Youll Do
- Contribute 90% of your time coding while supporting your team for the remaining 10%.
- Lead by example with best coding practices writing clean efficient and maintainable code.
- Debug and troubleshoot applications ensuring seamless performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure ontime inscope delivery of projects.
- Commit code daily fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Required Skill Set
We are strictly looking for seniorlevel frontend engineers with proven expertise in the following areas:
- Blazor Framework: Comprehensive understanding and handson experience with Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly).
- JavaScript and TypeScript: Advanced proficiency in writing efficient and modular JavaScript/TypeScript code.
- FrontEnd Development: Deep understanding of HTML5 CSS3 and responsive design principles.
- Component Design: Experience building reusable modular components using Blazor.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work in distributed teams using tools like Asana Jira and Slack.
Note: We ask that only FrontEnd engineers apply for this role and must demonstrate exceptional frontend skills. We prioritize candidates with specialized frontend experience over generalist developers.
