Job Description

Personne qui accomplit des travaux reli s la gestion des ressources humaines financi res et mat rielles ou de lapprovisionnement. Elle assume des responsabilit s li es lorganisation du travail et la planification de lex cution de travaux complexes caract re administratif tels que la cueillette et lanalyse de donn es.
Elle peut galement tre responsable du fonctionnement administratif de son milieu et voit aux relations internes et externes de celuici. Elle est responsable des activit s du personnel de bureau de la direction.
Doit d tenir un dipl me d tudes coll giales (DEC) en administration g n rale en techniques de comptabilit et de gestion en techniques de bureautique ou dans une autre discipline coll giale appropri e dune cole reconnue par le minist re comp tent ou un dipl me d tudes coll giales (DEC) combin un certificat universitaire de premier cycle pertinent ou une attestation d tudes coll giales (AEC) pertinente de huit cents heures et plus combin e de l exp rience pertinente au domaine vis .
Cet emploi comprend galement les personnes qui d tiennent un certificat d tudes coll giales en techniques administratives.

Person who performs work related to the management of human financial and material resources or procurement. She assumes responsibilities related to the organization of work and the planning of the execution of complex administrative work such as the collection and analysis of data.
She may also be responsible for the administrative functioning of her environment and sees to its internal and external relations. She is responsible for the activities of the managements office staff.
Must hold a college diploma (DEC) in general administration accounting and management techniques office automation techniques or another appropriate college discipline. a school recognized by the competent ministry or a diploma of college studies (DEC) combined with a relevant undergraduate university certificate or a relevant attestation of college studies (AEC) of eight hundred hours or more combined with experience relevant to the field targeted.
This job also includes people who hold a college certificate in administrative techniques.

L chelle salariale applicable sera celle r pondant son niveau de scolarit . ****** Must hold a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in general administration, office automation or another appropriate college discipline from a school recognized by the relevant ministry, or a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) combined with a relevant undergraduate university certificate, or a relevant Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) of eight hundred hours or more combined with experience relevant to the field concerned. This job also includes people with a college certificate in administrative techniques. In the absence of a candidate with a DEC, a candidate with a Secondary 5 diploma or an attestation of collegial studies in a related field may be considered as a class one administrative agent.
