Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Development Quality Leader based in Rabat with 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Data Management within the automotive industry preferably in a production plant. The candidate should have knowledge of QMS standards such as IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 proficiency with data management tools and systems and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel SQL and Power BI.
Main responsibilities include:
- Design implement and maintain Quality Management Systems in alignment with automotive industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with ISO/IATF requirements.
- Define and enforce Data Quality Level (DQL) metrics to ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability across all systems.
- Monitor analyze and address data quality issues implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
- Develop and implement tools and systems to automate quality and data management workflows.
- Ensure all quality and data processes adhere to regulatory standards and customerspecific requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Masters degree in Engineering Data Management Quality Assurance or a related field.
Experience:
i. 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Data Management within the automotive industry.
ii. Practical knowledge of QMS standards such as IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
iii. Familiarity with data management tools and systems.Skills:
i. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
ii. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Power BI).
iii. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
iv. Expertise in CAD tools (CATIA or NX).
v. Familiarity with PLM systems.
vi. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
vii. Certifications in ISO Auditing Six Sigma or other quality disciplines.
viii. Proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g. FMEA 8D SPC).
Additional Information :
Strong knowledge of data management tools and systems as well as QMS standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
