We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the organisation and management of service sales across multiple countries worldwide. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the department while also focusing on customer satisfaction and enhancing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Sales Management: Oversee and drive the service sales operations in designated countries ensuring the efficient and profitable functioning of the department and fostering strong customer relations.
- Customer Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints related to sales and service ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Monitor Customer Preferences: Analyse customer preferences and behaviour to guide and shape the focus of sales efforts maximising success.
- Maintain Customer Data: Keep customer data price lists and other relevant information up to date in our ERP/CRM systems for seamless operations.
- Review Sales Reports: Regularly assess operational records and reports related to project sales identifying trends and determining profitability.
- Technical Consultations and Sales Calls: Independently conduct technical consultations and sales calls with customers providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
- Product Sales: Promote and sell TOMRA Care products and the TOMRA Insight digital solution in select countries.
- Collaboration with Subsidiaries: Support other TOMRA subsidiaries with service salesrelated tasks ensuring cohesive operations across regions.
- Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customers on technical and productspecific enquiries related to service.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in service sales technical consulting and customer relationship management.
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in using ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced global environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Strong ability to apply and leverage knowledge in a sales environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Experience and familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
- Selfmotivated with a proven ability to complete tasks thoroughly and independently.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage administration control systems and financial resources effectively.
- Technical professional and engineering qualifications.
- Experience and knowledge of modern business practices and financial controls.
- Excellent problemsolving and followup skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities with a very good command of written and spoken English.
- Professional experience in a service or sales role.
- A degree in engineering (electrical mechanical or electromechanical) with at least 5 years of experience preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to engage with local customers understand their perspectives and address their concerns.
- Socially approachable with the ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
