Job Description

As a Project Manager youll lead multiple construction projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and exceeding client expectations. Youll be at the heart of our operations working closely with clients engineers and onsite teams to drive successful project execution

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects across diverse industries ensuring they are completed on schedule within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and oversee project scopes budgets and timelines ensuring that all deliverables align with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams including engineers site supervisors and contractors fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and high performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients stakeholders regulatory bodies and vendors ensuring seamless communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress address challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks ensuring compliance with local state and federal regulations while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress generate reports and drive datainformed decisionmaking.
  • Ensure all projects reflect MapleCraft Engineers commitment to excellence innovation and industry best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for junior team members fostering growth and longterm career advancement.

Qualification

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management project management or any related field ensuring a strong foundation in engineering principles and project execution.
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience managing construction projects preferably in civil infrastructure transportation Architectural or structural engineering.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of construction methods project lifecycle management budgeting and scheduling ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Showcase strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams of engineers contractors and site supervisors to achieve project objectives.
  • Exhibit excellent problemsolving abilities with the capability to assess challenges implement solutions and adapt to changing project demands in highpressure environments.
  • Possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills enabling seamless interaction with clients stakeholders regulatory agencies and crossfunctional teams.
  • Have a flexible and travelready mindset with the ability to visit project sites conduct field inspections and oversee construction activities across various locations.
  • Show a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: $103000.00 $121000.00 per year
