Job Description
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and mental health strategies.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of behavior intervention plans.
- Participate in the creation and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Develop and implement individualized educational and intervention plans for students.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to support students mental health and wellbeing.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess cognitive emotional and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers administrators and families to address students academic social and behavioral needs.
Requirements
- Experience working in school settings is preferred.
- Strong assessment counseling and communication skills.
- A Master s or Specialist degree in School Psychology is required.
- State certification or licensures as a School Psychologist is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse student populations and school staff.
