Partner with department heads to provide support and guidance on HRrelated matters.
Oversee recruitment onboarding and employee retention strategies to attract and retain a skilled workforce.
Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievances.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with industry benchmarks.
Support performance management initiatives including establishing goals conducting evaluations and creating development plans.
Facilitate professional development training and applicable certification activities for associates.
Direct functions in accordance with policies and practices of the organization and in compliance with all laws and rulings of governmental organizations and regulatory authorities.
Support management to position the company as an employer of choice and a worldclass organization.
Maintain knowledge of trends best practices regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources talent management and employment law; apply this knowledge to evolve and communicate changes in policy practice and resources to the management team.
At least ten years of human resource management experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong people management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
Ability to think critically and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required; Master s degree preferred.
SHRMCP or SHRMSCP preferred.
