Job Title: Video Editor & Content Creator
Location: Argentina
Employment Type: FullTime / 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM PST
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through video and possess the technical expertise to create highquality content. You will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded footage into a finished product that aligns with our vision and resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit video footage to create engaging and polished content for platforms e.g. YouTube TikTok Instagram corporate presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project objectives and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Incorporate visual effects transitions and sound design to enhance the final product.
- Ensure all video content is optimized for different formats and platforms.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Stay uptodate with video editing trends tools and techniques.
- Organize and maintain a library of project files and raw footage.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video formats codecs and technical specifications.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Familiarity with specific industry or niche if applicable e.g. social media ecommerce corporate marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Experience in color grading and sound design.
- Familiarity with mention specific tools/platforms relevant to the job e.g. YouTube Studio or TikTok analytics.
- Knowledge of filming and directing is a bonus but not required.
