Job Title: Senior Ruby on Rails Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in developing and maintaining robust scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Responsibilities:
Design build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable Ruby code
Develop backend components and integrate them with frontend elements
Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend
Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Requirements:
7 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
