Your role:
As (Senior) Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) you are a key figure in the further development and efficiency of the sales processes. You work closely with the sales customer success and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and strategically support the companys growth.
Your tasks:
- Optimization of sales processes: Development and implementation of processes to scale and increase the efficiency of the sales team.
- CRM management: Responsibility for the maintenance and further development of the CRM system (Pipedrive).
- Data analysis and reporting: Creating reports and analyses to monitor salesrelevant KPIs and for strategic decisionmaking.
- Crossfunctional collaboration: Close coordination with the sales customer success and marketing teams to optimize the lead and opportunity pipelines as well as the existing customer pipeline.
- Process automation: Identification of automation potential and implementation of new tools and technologies.
- Sales Enablement: Providing tools to support the sales team.
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Sales Operations Sales Business Operations or a comparable position.
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and a datadriven approach to problem solving.
- Experience in optimizing sales processes and tools.
- Initiative organizational talent and the ability to operate successfully in a dynamic environment.
- Very good communication skills in German and English.
- Experience in Google AppScript or with lowcoding tools (e.g. Zapier or Make) is a plus.
- Interest in legal tech and data protection is an advantage.
