Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Ellensburg WA
Salary Range: $53150 $70000 per year
Job Type: FullTime
Job Summary:
HireNow Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a healthcare team in Ellensburg WA. The LPN will provide essential nursing care assist with patient treatments and support the healthcare team in delivering highquality medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
- Administer medications monitor patient responses and document any changes in condition.
- Assist with wound care IV therapy and other medical procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans medication usage and overall wellness.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients while adhering to infection control policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Washington.
- Associate degree or diploma from an accredited LPN program.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply).
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
