Job Description

Shift Schedule: MonFri; 8a5p

Fulltime is required

Call Schedule: 7 days a month

Call Coverage: ER Call

Call Type: Beeper

Call Response Time: 30 mins

Patient Volume: 1215 (2 new consults)

Patient Demographics: Adults only

% of Practice: 40% Hem 60% Onc

Physicians in Practice: 4 (Hem & Onc Rad Onc)

Midlevels in Practice: 2

Support Staff:

2 APPs 4 RNs 4 MAs & 12 Office Staff

Required Procedures:

OP Oncology

IP Participation on a Tumor Board

Lab & XRay Onsite: Yes

EMR: Epic

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

BLS

At least 2 years of IP activity to qualify for privileges.
