Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients ensuring they feel heard supported and valued throughout their treatment process.
- Advocate for patient needs with the team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Educate patients about treatment processes dental health options and preventative practices.
- Facilitate communication between patients family members and dental staff to ensure clarity and understanding of treatments and outcomes.
- Manage patient case documentation maintain accurate records and follow up on patient interactions to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in patient advocacy healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and patientcentered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Dental Assisting Experience is required
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient privacy and ethical conduct.
