Key Responsibilities:
Motion Graphics Design:
- Conceptualize and create captivating motion graphics for various marketing channels including social media website and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing animations that align with brand guidelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative motion design ideas to the table.
Static Design:
- Design static graphics for print and digital media ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics.
- Create visually appealing layouts for marketing collateral including brochures posters banners and social media graphics.
Video Editing :
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished compelling videos that convey our brand message effectively.
- Incorporate visual effects transitions and sound to enhance the overall quality of video content.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver video content that meets or exceeds expectations
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure consistency in visual elements across all platforms adhering to brand guidelines. Work closely with the design team to maintain a unified and cohesive visual identity for the brand.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Visual Designer with expertise in motion
graphics and video editing minimum of 3 years experience.
Proficiency in industrystandard design and video editing software
including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro
Illustrator Photoshop).
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphic projects
static designs and video editing work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
BSc/BA in business administration, sales, tourism or relevant field Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills
