Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounts Officer to manage invoicing payment processing and overdue payment followups. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting the overall accounts function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and send invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Amend invoices as required to reflect accurate billing details.
- Match payments to corresponding invoices and issue balance invoices as needed.
- Proactively chase overdue payments to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Provide support to the finance team in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address invoicing and paymentrelated queries.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in accounts payable receivable or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive and resultsdriven approach to resolving overdue payments.

- Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime

Skills & Experience: Cert qualification in accounting or bookkeeping. Bookkeeping practice (min 3 years). High level of Software knowledge with Xero. Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage.
