Job Description
Renesas Palm Bay Operations team is looking for an Assembly Technician. In this position the successful candidate will perform specific backend semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates various equipment in performing functions such as wafer scribe and break die sort die attach lead bonding and seal test or mark and pack. Reads collects and records data.
Candidate will be required to work in a clean room environment including wearing clean room garments. Candidates with previous manufacturing experience that required multitasking and microscope work is a plus.
1st shift hours are Mon Fri 6:00am 2:30pm
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- US Person due to ITAR requirements
