Bilingual Data Entry Clerk (Banking / Finance)
Our client in the insurance industry is hiring for 10 open roles in hybrid positions. These opportunities focus on plan setup regulatory compliance and creating detailed highquality documentation to support essential operations.

Hourly salary of $24 to $26 based on experience.
6month contract with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Plan Setup
Configure plans and policies in the administrative system with a high degree of accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and federal/provincial pension regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for plan setup.
Documentation Creation
Develop and maintain comprehensive plan documentation ensuring clarity and regulatory compliance.
Create contractual documents and supporting resources including websites.
Update existing documentation to reflect procedural or regulatory changes.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with subject matter experts and project team members.
Actively participate in team discussions training and feedback sessions.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries or provide updates.
What you will need to succeed:
College diploma or equivalent business experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Experience in data entry and handling client inquiries.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Canadian retirement products and experience in Operations (preferred).
Bilingual in English and French to support clients handle inquiries review documentation and communicate effectively with Frenchspeaking stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
