RESPONSABILITIES:
- Review and moderate usergenerated content across various digital platforms including but not limited to text images videos and comments.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Identify and escalate content that violates terms of service copyright laws or poses potential risks to users.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and online safety.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in German & English
- Highschool Degree
- Dynamic and Proactive
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
- Excellent judgment and decisionmaking skills with the ability to handle sensitive and complex content issues.
- Based in Lisbon/surrounds (This position is onsite).
- Abroad Relocation package on offer
- Able to immediate start
CONDITIONS ON OFFER:
- Full time (40h/week) on a rotational schedule 2 Days OFF
