Job Description

We re a rapidly growing entrepreneurial firm and we re looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our passionate team. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce child custody child support adoption prenuptial agreements and domestic violence cases.
- Draft review and file legal documents such as petitions motions agreements and court orders.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Provide compassionate legal counsel guiding clients through emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Participate in mediation and negotiation to find effective solutions for clients.
- Conduct indepth legal research to stay ahead of changes in family law and ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
- Manage your own caseload ensuring efficient and timely resolution of cases.
- Work closely with our legal team to develop strategies for complex family law cases.
- Represent clients in family court hearings mediation and settlement negotiations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law with a comfort level in both family court and criminal court settings.
- Strong ability to delegate tasks and work collaboratively with staff and other attorneys.
- A strong drive to develop a book of business using the firm s marketing tools.
- Alignment with the firm s mission and values in delivering compassionate resultsdriven service.
- Commitment to time entry and accurate billing practices.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for clients.
- A high degree of organization attention to detail and the ability to manage a fastpaced highvolume caseload.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and an ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- You re a selfstarter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in managing cases.
- You re committed to providing excellent client service and building strong relationships.
- You thrive in a fastpaced environment and have a proven ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- You have significant experience in family law including divorce child custody child support and domestic violence.
Education and Experience:
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- 2 5 years of litigation experience
- Excellent Writing Skills (Law Review Experience is a plus)
