- Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a team of Field Operations Managers who act as business coaches ensuring strong financial performance and operational excellence across our franchise network.
- Drive Franchise Success: Support franchise partners in achieving profitability revenue growth and cost management through strategic planning and coaching.
- Business Planning: Oversee annual strategic planning quarterly reviews and P&L accountability to ensure long term financial success.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and execute training programs enforce brand compliance and lead onboarding for new franchise locations.
- Franchise Engagement: Build strong relationships with franchise partners to drive the adoption of new programs tools and best practices.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with the General Manager marketing team and other brand leaders to enhance local marketing efforts and customer acquisition strategies.
- Travel & Field Work: Spend 50% of your time traveling across North America to visit franchise partners provide inperson coaching and ensure alignment with business objectives.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit with deep experience across Franchising coaching and performance management and you re excited to roll up your sleeves and work shouldertoshoulder with your team and our Franchise Partners. You re equally comfortable around a boardroom table developing annual strategic plans as you are in the field.
- Experienced Leader: 10 years of experience in franchising multiunit operations or a related field with a strong background in coaching and performance management.
- Financially Savvy: Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in P&L management financial planning and budget accountability.
- Resultsdriven: Passionate about setting and achieving ambitious goals with a proven track record of improving business performance.
- Strategic & HandsOn: Able to shift seamlessly between highlevel strategic discussions and handson fieldwork with franchise partners.
- Change Leader: Comfortable navigating change and implementing new programs while gaining buyin from stakeholders.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust resolve conflicts and foster collaboration.
- Adaptable & Flexible: We anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of the time on the road 50% of the time and working remotely 25% of the time.
- Location: Toronto or Vancouver preferred (Vancouver is ideal).
