Education
Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Proven experience working in an accountancy practice environment, with strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations. Excellent technical skills, including experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
