Support Staff: 1 NP

1 Dosimetrist; 2 Therapist; 2 Nurses

1 Nurse Navigator; Outreach Coordinator

2 Tumor Registrars; 1 Social Worker; 1 Supervisor

Office Equipment: Varian Truebeam

EMR: EPIC Eclipse Mosaiq

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active NE License or IMLC

DEA

ACLS

Covid Vaccine

Case Logs

2 References
