Job Description

Patient Demographics: Adults

Patient Volume: 5; IP:4

Physicians in Practice: 5

Support Staff: 6 APPs

Procedures:

Upper GI Endoscopy (with biopsy with foreign body removal with fulguration of bleeder)

Esophageal dilatation/manometry and interpretation

Small Bowel biopsy

Lower GI Endoscopy

Sigmoidoscopy (Rigid & Flexible)

Colonoscopy (with biopsy with excision of polyp)

Lab and XRay onsite

No. of Exam Room: 4

Total No. of Beds: 640

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Epic

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

BLS ACLS
