Job Description
Planning and leading R&T research programs for technology development according to the LLI technology and product roadmap
Support in defining and updating product and technology
Roadmap:
- Coordination and definition of requirements conception and concrete design of technology development projects in coordination with the LLI areas others companies and external partners
- Control and monitoring of national and international project partners
- Leading negotiations on technical content and budgets
- Leading the project activities and the project team
- Preparation of funding applications for the acquisition of thirdparty funding and negotiation of these the funding provider in Germany and/or the EU
- Coordination and creation of evidence against customers and funding providers
- Coordination with partners and subcontractors regarding work performed
- Review and approval of internal verification documentation (e.g.
- Project reports project cockpits etc.)
- Assist in improving the technology development process
Contribute your strengths:
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering aviation and Space industrial engineering or similar qualification
- Experience in aviation and project management is an advantage
- Knowledge of customer contact is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills
- Experience in negotiating complex issues
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Selfresponsible and independent way of working
- Willingness to travel on business in Germany and Europe
