Job Description
Quality Control Senior Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia
Scope:
This role involves leading quality control operations ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in quality control with strong leadership skills and expertise in quality assurance methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Assurance:
- Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure product and process compliance.
- Conduct indepth quality inspections testing and audits to maintain high standards.
- Identify document and resolve qualityrelated issues efficiently.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Develop and enforce quality policies procedures and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive quality improvements and operational excellence.
Testing Reporting & Leadership:
- Lead a team of quality control engineers and technicians providing guidance and mentorship.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports on performance metrics and defect trends.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality control or assurance.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in leading teams and managing quality control processes.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Working Conditions:
- Working Model: Onsite Saudi Arabia.
- Contract: 1Year (Possible Renewal)
