Hours: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (some overtime required)

Job Description
Were seeking a proactiveSheet Metal Workerwith experience in commercial roofing to lead a twoperson service crew. The ideal candidate will excel in problemsolving demonstrate strong leadership skills and possess a thorough understanding of commercial/industrial roof maintenance processes.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve water intrusion issues.
Identify document and advise on necessary repairs or replacements.
Complete paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
Perform repairs on roofs siding windows doors and related constructions.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Address diverse project needs such as storm hail water fire or insect damage.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist supervisors as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial roofing.
Valid drivers license.
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and follow company systems and procedures.
Desire for continuous improvement through feedback.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced occasionally stressful environment.
Some travel required.
OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
