Job Description
Position Title: Windows Desktop Support Engineer(System Admin)
Location: Bangalore
Department: IT Infra Support / Technical Support
Shift: Rotational Shift
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and various desktop applications
Familiar with Active Directory (AD) Group Policy and user permissions.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware software and network issues
Knowledge of desktop imaging software deployment and patch management tools
Experience with remote desktop support.
Experience in O365 email solution
Basic understanding of networking protocols DNS DHCP VPN etc.
Experience on Outlook MS Teams Antivirus MS Office and other applications.
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Windows desktop support or a similar IT support role.
- Experience supporting diverse hardware and software environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
