Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Setup:
- Develop and establish HR policies processes and systems in the new location
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Advise line managers and senior management on all local HR related matters
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop a recruitment strategy to attract top talent
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings interviews and supporting line managers in the selection process
- Establish and oversee a bestpractice onboarding process in close alignment with local and global line managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns
- Implement employee engagement initiatives
- Facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in alignment with the line managers
Performance Management
- Implement performance management processes and advise senior management on local requirements
- Support line managers with identifying training and development needs and plans for their employees
Compensation and Benefits
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices
- Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries
