Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality instore experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Availability

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 2025 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
In addition during peak timeframes hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Il fournit des conseils et du coaching aux reprsentants de la marque et aux collaborateurs en stock en sassurant que les oprations en magasin se droulent efficacement. Le Rfrent Cls (Key Lead) fait partie de lquipe managriale du magasin et est responsable de la performance du magasin notamment en matire dexprience client et de ralisation des objectifs de vente quotidienne.

Disponibilits

Ce poste tant en temps partiel les horaires varieront chaque semaine avec un minimum de 20 25 heures par semaine. Une disponibilit est requise le weekend (samedi et dimanche) ainsi que pendant certains jours fris. En priode de forte activit les horaires peuvent tre augments pour soutenir les besoins du magasin.


Qualifications :

What it Takes

Education High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
Retail Experience At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
Supervisor/ Managerial Experience No supervisory/ management experience is required.
