Job Description

U.S Citizenship Required.

POSITION SUMMARY
SQUAN is seeking multiple motivated and detailoriented Permit Coordinators to join our growing team! You will work closely with project managers local government officials and other team members to ensure permits are obtained in a timely and compliant manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist in preparing reviewing and submitting permit applications for various telecom projects
Organize and maintain files and databases related to permits
Support communication with city county and state agencies to follow up on permit status requirements and potential issues
Work under the guidelines of senior coordinators to ensure all permits and applications meet local state and federal regulations
Update and monitor permit trackers to provide regular updates for all workflow related to permitting

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work well within a team environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 or older
Valid drivers license and excellent driving record
Must be able to pass preemployment drug test and background check
High school diploma or GED

Previous Experience with Permit Coordinating in the Engineering Field
