Your Core Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing advice on employment law and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish to attract top talent.
- Designing and delivering training sessions on key HR topics.
- Supporting the HR team in handling employee relations issues.
- Advising on and managing performance appraisal systems.
What We Look For in an HR Advisor:
- A dynamic individual passionate about HRs role in business success.
- Proven experience in an HR role particularly in advisory or generalist capacities.
- Uptodate knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of navigating complex discussions.
- A teamoriented mindset but also comfortable working autonomously.
- CIPD qualifications or equivalent HRrelated degree would be advantageous.
