Your Role as an Associate Dentist:

You’ll provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. From restorative and cosmetic dentistry to oral surgery and Invisalign you’ll have the opportunity to practice a wide range of treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough dental exams diagnoses and treatment planning.
  • Deliver exceptional care including restorative endodontic prosthodontic and oral surgery services.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using ABELdent software.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications:
    • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school.
    • Current registration and good standing with the RCDSO.
    • CPR certification.
  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years of private practice experience is preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust with patients.
      • Selfconfidence and an empathetic approach to care.
      • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced practice without compromising on quality.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

Valid state dental license and current certifications.
