Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve account setup verification login issues financial queries and technical concerns
- Serve as a trusted advisor particularly for clients in the sports sector
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries feedback and issues
- Foster strong client relationships through clear effective communication
- Ensure service excellence while adhering to company policies

Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
