About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs drive efficiency and enhance user experience. As a ServiceNow Architect you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and project managers to deliver highquality solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

What Were Looking For:

• Lead the architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM ITBM HRSD etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications ensuring best practices are followed.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Mentor and provide guidance to developers and junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with security privacy and governance policies while designing solutions.
• Perform regular system assessments and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features trends and best practices.
  
  

  Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules features and functionalities.

• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM ITOM ITBM HRSD and/or other relevant modules.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript Glide SOAP/REST APIs).

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data management.

• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.

• ITIL certification or relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
