Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:Engage with clients through phone email and chat addressing their needs with care and efficiency

Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
