Job Title: Maintenance Operations Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Maintenance Operations Coordinator will play a critical supporting role in overseeing the daytoday activities of the maintenance team. This position requires strong organizational skills a knack for numbers and fluency in Spanish to facilitate effective communication. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to track job progress manage personnel scheduling and ensure accurate documentation of materials and hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor maintenance personnel as they progress through scheduled jobs ensuring timely task completion.
  • Track and record work hours materials purchased and jobspecific expenditures.
  • Maintain realtime communication with maintenance personnel (via calls/texts in Spanish) to verify details regarding time and materials.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to address scheduling or operational challenges.
  • Prepare detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing job activities and resource utilization.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools for data entry and analysis ensuring accuracy in all records.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience in property management or maintenance coordination.
  • Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
