Job Description
A reputable MNC is looking to hire a Solutions Consultant / Presales (ERP Software MS Dynamics 365) to be based at their Kuala Lumpur office.
The Solutions Consultant partners closely with sales teams to identify customer needs craft tailored solutions and provide technical insights throughout the sales cycle. This role bridges technical expertise and customer engagement to drive successful solution adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Insight: Leverage expertise in ERP or CRM systems to analyze and interpret customer requirements. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus
- Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable and effective solutions tailored to business challenges
- Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor identifying client pain points and proposing strategies that align with their goals
- Presentation Excellence: Develop and deliver engaging presentations product demonstrations and proofofconcept (POC) solutions to highlight value and innovation
- Problem Solving: Use creativity and analytical skills to address complex customer challenges and propose effective solutions
What Were Looking For:
- Proficiency with ERP or CRM platforms; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain intricate concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Proven experience in analyzing customer needs and translating them into impactful solutions
