EXECUTIVE SUPPORT
Calendar and travel management for SVP RGM (domestic and international)
Plan and orchestrate meetings/conference calls across the region
Process forms and expense reports
Manage our staff meetings including agenda coordination and followup action items
EVENT AND MEETING COORDINATION
Lead the planning and production of all region level activities including offsites workshops and team building events.
Maintain region calendar; coordinate regular and oneoff regional meetings develop meeting agendas and draft and distribute meeting minutes
OFFICE SUPPORT AND REPORT COORDINATION
Document support: Word PowerPoint Excel general formatting
Coordinate monthly reporting tracking and distribution
Verify invoices supporting the manager or administrative responsibility for budget management (FRE SRE TRE budget closing invoicing tracking of budget recharges)
Deal with incoming emails faxes phone calls and mail
Maintain organized files/binders
Archiving and record keeping
Other administrative tasks as assigned (e.g. ordering office supplies send FedEx)
Ad hoc assistance with important events and programs
Qualifications :
3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant (supporting multiple leaders is a plus)
3 years of experience coordinating large events and meetings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
Project Management experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English additional languages an advantage
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $64000 to $96000 cash incentives.
Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
