We are hiring an office assistant for a local boutique! This position will serve as right hand to the office manager. Duties include but not limited to
*Assisting in all administrative duties *Operate Quickbooks Online *Learn accounts payable and payroll process *Set appointments *Operate the CRM system *Communicating with vendors
Requirements
Must have friendly energetic attitude
Be familiar with accounting principals
Be able to answer basic HR questions
Outgoing personality
Detail Orientated
No facial piercings (lip nose eyebrow etc. earstuds are ok)
