Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain backend systems and APIs following best industry practices.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Frontend Engineers Product Managers and Designers to implement new features and functionalities.
- Conduct thorough code reviews identify performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements for system optimization.
- Lead API design efforts including RESTful APIs GraphQL and GRPC ensuring they meet performance scalability and usability standards.
- Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing platform security and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain unit and API tests to guarantee system reliability robustness and resilience.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Cybersecurity or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional backend development experience with a focus on creating scalable highperformance systems.
- Expertise in Go programming and a strong understanding of Kubernetes.
- Proven experience working with opensource databases like PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in designing and developing APIs including RESTful APIs GraphQL and GRPC.
- Handson experience with DevOps practices and containerization tools such as Docker.
- Solid understanding of Cryptographic Principles Tokenomics and Decentralized Identity (DID).
- Indepth knowledge of database design schema optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience in Payments Blockchain or similar industries is highly desirable.
