Job Description
Position: Data Annotator (Finnish)
Location: Onsite Dublin (Leopards town) Ireland
Employment type: 6 month probation to perm contract. Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manually label and classify data.
- Confirm the accuracy and integrity of data sets.
- Develop specific data sets to assess and enhance quality.
- Evaluate results based on relevance and user requirements.
- Review labeled data and make necessary corrections.
- Keep track of completed tasks and work progress.
- Ensure consistency in data labeling.
- Offer suggestions to improve data labeling practices.
- Work with team members to achieve project goals.
- Analyze results to identify issues and propose improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native in Finnish (C2 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience with data labeling and classification.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
- Good research skills to understand user intentions and behaviors.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel.
- Ability to listen to and transcribe content accurately (covering listening speaking reading and writing skills).
- Knowledge of the relevant domain (e.g. audio text annotation speech recognition or natural language processing).
- Experience using annotation tools or platforms.
