Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement observability solutions with a strong focus on monitoring logging and event management.
- Work closely with partners and internal teams to improve IT processes and service monitoring capabilities.
- Define and track key observability metrics and KPIs to assess system performance and efficiency.
- Leverage tools like Dynatrace or other monitoring platforms to provide realtime insights and analytics.
- Provide guidance on best practices in observability and proactive incident prevention.
- Prepare reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights for IT and business stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of observability strategies with ITIL standards and organizational objectives.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT service management and monitoring roles.
- Native Hungarian proficiency.
- Professional English proficiency both written and spoken.
- Proven expertise in observability monitoring and event management practices.
- Handson experience with Dynatrace or similar observability platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures and operational workflows.
- ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and Prometheus is an advantage.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to IT operations challenges.
