Role Introduction:
This role is responsible for managing and supporting business needs for finance budgeting and other finance functions including accounting cost controlling and ideally finance consolidation knowledge.
You will analyze business requirements and provide efficient stateoftheart solutions to support the Clients finance operations and its subsidiaries.
The role involves analyzing SAP systems to identify functional and technical areas for improvement optimization and alignment with business needs. You will plan coordinate and configure SAP system enhancements based on business requirements driving change from requirement gathering to solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the PVT team project managers business analysts and existing support teams.
- Oversee packagebased business solutions to ensure seamless integration with other application components.
- Must have over 10 years of experience in the SAP domain.
- Must have worked as a consultant in SAP implementation/support projects.
- Strong background in solution design review and implementation.
- Gather understand and synthesize documentation from vendors SMEs systems product managers and business analysts to extract key information and transform it into architectural diagrams or viewpoints.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance solutions including SAP S4HANA and SAP Technical Area.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business impacts and support decisionmaking.
- Discuss data requirements with partners provide visualizations and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with application and infrastructure project teams to focus on highlevel designs and conceptual designs for project delivery. Analyze enterprise business context including trends and business strategies.
- Drive or participate in the complete software development lifecycle with inhouse and external resources.
- Develop and analyze solution options based on business demand enterprise architecture and a balanced comparison of functionality risks costs and benefits.
- Provide consultancy on performance optimization for new and existing solutions especially during critical production issues.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and communicate relevant advancements for potential introduction.
- Collaborate with the Technology & Architecture team to drive business and technology innovation aligned with corporate strategic plans.
- Deep knowledge of finance business processes such as monthend yearend and intercompany reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and its integration with other modules as well as interface integration with nonSAP systems.
- Knowledge of SAP Treasury Management and Cash Management is a plus.
Requirements:
- Cantonese speaker is a must.
- University degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 5 years of handson project solution experience in largescale strategic programs or projects.
- Exposure to multinational companies diverse technologies and processing environments.
- Practical experience or a strong understanding of finance solutions.
- Ability to think conceptually and simplify complex problems through abstraction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Ability to translate business needs into solutions and deliver results.
- Capable of defining multiple solution options for business challenges.
