We are looking for a skilled Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and help shape the future of recruitment.

Tasks

• Full 180Degree Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process from the candidate side including sourcing interviewing and successfully placing top talent.
• Build Relationships: Foster longterm connections with candidates in the IT and management sectors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to shape recruitment strategies and optimize processes.
• Team Culture: Contribute to the development of a vibrant resultsdriven team culture.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience ideally in IT or management with experience in the Swiss market being a plus.
• Independent Proactive and Disciplined: You excel in a fastpaced startup environment bringing a selfmotivated resultsdriven mindset. Working fully remotely you take full ownership of your responsibilities managing your tasks with discipline autonomy and a constant focus on delivering results.
• TechSavvy: Comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools and openness to leveraging AI technologies.
• Relationship Builder: Ability to establish and maintain longterm relationships with clients and candidates.
