Job Title: Junior Backend Developer We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. This position is based in Bengaluru Karnataka and offers a fulltime opportunity with the flexibility of a remote option. The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to design build and maintain efficient backend systems. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop test and maintain highquality backend applications. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic. Write reusable testable and efficient code. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Assist in database design and management including data migration transformation and loading (ETL). Participate in code reviews to ensure that all solutions are aligned to predefined architectural standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or Node.js. Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Solid understanding of database management systems like SQL or NoSQL. Familiarity with version control systems specifically Git. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Preferred Skills/Education Requirements: Experience with cloud services (AWS Azure). Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker. Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC). Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A passion for continuous learning and ability to adapt to new technologies. Salary: INRper annum.
