Job Title: Physician Emergency Medicine

Job Type: Locum Tenens

Location: Kennewick Washington

Service Setting: Emergency Room (ER)

Coverage Type: Clinical Only

Coverage Period: 01/15/2025 01/31/2025

Clinical Shift Schedule:

January 15 2025: 13:30 22:30

January 16 2025: 13:30 22:30

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics: Mixed; primarily adult and geriatric with some pediatric patients

Case Mix: Emergency Medicine

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Not specified; general Emergency Medicine responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active Washington state medical license required

Residency: Must be trained and boarded/board eligible in Emergency Medicine Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Experience: Recent Emergency Medicine experience preferred

Board Certification: Acceptable boards include ABEM ABFM or ABIM. Board eligibility is also acceptable.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver highquality emergency medical care to a diverse patient population

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including RNs APPs and specialty consultants

Document patient care accurately using the facilitys EMR system

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards

Support seamless communication with patients and families
