- Build and lead highperforming clinical research teams ensuring effective partnerships with investigative sites
- Oversee clinical trial performance providing strategic planning and direction to meet project goals
- Ensure compliance with regulations Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and Hiring Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage resource allocation and budget for assigned studies maximizing team impact on pipeline delivery
- Drive change and foster collaboration among stakeholders to enhance clinical research outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthrelated field (e.g. Medical Scientific Nursing Pharmacy) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of monitoring experience in clinical research
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Proven planning and organizational skills with experience in multiple therapeutic areas and study phases
- Ability to provide mentoring and coaching delivering timely feedback to enhance team performance
- Experience in managing clinical research teams and driving innovation in processes
- Demonstrated ability to navigate risk and ambiguity in a fastpaced environment
- Familiarity with the latest regulations and guidelines in clinical research
